The ship was good.

I loved the ship. Kind of hard to learn the lay out, but once you get the hang of it, it is a great little ship. did not have ONE bad meal on the ship....main dining room, buffet, or speciality resturant.

The Ship was spotless from top to bottom and from start to finish. The staff were clearly busy but always pleasant and courteous. There was plenty to do and see on the ship! The photography services added an element of fun and their resulting portraits were beautiful.

It was a great helpful staff on board. The captain is a woman. She would not leave you in the sea type. She is very professional and runs a clean ship.

Solid vessel and crew. Felt safe.

Great cruise on a nice ship. Good itinerary. Ship was nice and in good order. Nothing really special but it was good value for a lower priced cruise.

It was a nice ship...an older ship but nicely rennovated.

We found this to be a budget cruise in the sense that once on board, you were nickel and dimed for all services and there was a constant sales pitch. We ended up having to spend more than the cruise itself on extras to enhance our experience. The ship and company are not service oriented. There was an old decor to the ship.

The crew really went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. There is a great attitude of providing excellent customer service on this ship. They work and try very hard and want to please the customers. Have had better food on other ships, but it's still great food. Would definitely recommend Vision of the Seas. Was told in 2013 the ship will be dry docked and completely overdone with new design.

It was a well maintained ship with very nice and efficient workers.

This is the fifth time on this ship. Just love it. Always top notch.

The staff is very friendly and always wanting to make you feel good.

Ship was supposed to have been redone and it was not. Broken floor in kids cabin, old chipped mirror in ours. Steward did NOT dust the entire week. Had to ask for amenities as soap was not refilled. Billing errors I had to have corrected. Food was mediocre even at specialty restaurants.

Ship size very comfortable.Loved our balcony... Lots of helpful crew. Some wear and tear on furniture. Buffet wonderful.... more formal dinners not the best.

The ship was excellent, all personnel were great, shows were great. Buffet food was good for Buffet food. Drinks were alittle high. I do not like the fact that a $12 per person per day charge is added at the ship to pay personnel on the ship. I would like to have this charge up front. I feel that NCL draws you in with a lower cruise price but then hits you with a mandatory fee during the cruise in my case it as 5 people x 9days x $12 = $540. I liked the bar billed in an automatic tip which was fine with me since it was 15% and I usually tip 20%. I did not pay the additional 5% just for the fact you build in the automatic tip. The television programming was terrible. In english you had a sports channel that played only tennis, rugby, or soccer no sports news. Sky news, BBC, CNBC were the new channels and I could swear they had MSNBC on when we first got on the ship very liberal programming. Most the people I met on board wondered why they did not have CNN and Fox news. Then there was a movie channel which was okay. I felt like I was in a news blackout the entire trip. I did learn you can save money by spending more from the news channels. All in all it was a good trip. When I plan my next trip the tv programming will be a major factor to which cruise line I pick.
