First time cruise was amazing. Definitely not our last. Great ship, staff and sites.

Golden Coral on the water, just not so good but a lot more expensive.

This was a trip of a lifetime. And we would do it again in a heartbeat. But we would never book with , as we were severely overcharged by thousands of dollars when we discovered that NCL was basically offering the same vacation package for thousands of dollars less than what we paid.

Best cruise ever! Loved the "jewel class" ship, Dave (cruise director), food in every venue was outstanding, beverages great, incredible entertainment/production shows, itinerary was exceptional -- just a great vacation altogether. That being said, we had only one complaint was pre-cruise (Piram) wasn't good, didn't like our room/antiquity of hotel, poor English speaking staff who didn't seem to understand its relationship with NCL as pre-cruise hotel, breakfast in basement wasn't nice, no pool/hot tub, location in Center of Rome was nice, but had to find other location for dinner, DID like their roof top bar though (!), however, our transfer to ship was chaos as front desk had no info on our booking for this, didn't know when bus would come, said it wasn't their company, confused how it was all supposed to work for us so we were afraid we wouldn't make the ship (!) and had to push very hard for them to figure it all out since it was included in the room cost -- would suggest NCL find another pre-cruise hotel.

A truly great trip, a great ship with wonderful service.

A great trip to see the Greek island in an easy and conveinent way between islands.

Once we were on board, we enjoyed the cruise very much - we find the service provided by the ship's crew & the plentiful food to be a huge drawing card. We enjoy cruising on the oceans & will continue to do so.

Fun, well-organized Med. cruise. Not great for pool time or lounging on the pool deck. But lots of high energy or entertaining participatory evening events. Karaoke, dueling pianos, dance parties. An assortment of venues for musical entertainment. Tremendous dining. And a lovely setting for dining options. Cabin is clean and the staff is mostly accommodating.

All around world class vacation. Waking up the Vatican was a Viator tour, Expensive but worth every penny. I got to open up the Sistine Chapel with the 2 Key Masters.

Our daughter finished college in 3 years, then got a full scholarship for a 3 year Master’s. She finished on time and landed a job 7 weeks after graduation. She wanted to celebrate with a Mediterranean cruise and brought 2 girlfriends. What a celebration! Thanks, Celebrity!

Overall we enjoyed the cruise & most of the excursions. Re the entertainment, I already commented on 2 of the performances. The magician was excellent. Other entertainment was Lincoln Center, BB KING, 2 piano players & a rock band with only 1 of the 4 performing at a time. We don't care for Rock & so when they were performing there wasn't any music for us to enjoy.

Beautiful ship, classy cruise line. There is plenty to do on HAL but it’s less rowdy and more grownup than some cruise lines and that makes it a favorite for us.

Cruise line nickel and dimes you to death for the small things such as a coke with dinner and they confiscated any soft drinks you purchase on shore when you return to the ship (even our bottle of water). Confiscating our purchases as we returned to our ship left a bad taste in our mouths...we will probably not cruise again with this company.

Great itinerary. Average food. Serious concerns about lack of truth with vegetarian food. This needs to be fixed. Good seating and reservation system. Phenomenal entertainment. Average room attendant

This is our second time on this cruise, since we loved it so much the first time. It's a great way to travel with a teen, as they can keep busy, meet new friends and have a great time, while seeing the highlights of the ports we visit. We are always sad to leave the ship. RCC makes it very easy to have a vacation that can be whatever you want it to be. Thank you, RCC!

I am very disappointed at the photo. We ordered the package and the canvas was not given. So it was said the machine was not working. To compensate they told us we would get a usb with our pictures on the usb is mostly pics of the ship and deck plan. Not what was promised at all. Very saddened that we did not get what we paid for. Other than that everything else was good.

Overall, a wonderful experience and great family trip!

We were a group of 3 couples and overall we had a good time. Ports of call were great but the ship is dated. Food was okay.
