Being the first time I have ever been on a cruise, I didn't know what to expect. From the moment we were greeted by the staff when we gave them our luggage to the last day of the cruise, we were impressed with everything. Our luggage was delivered to our room, the staff could not have been more wonderful and went out of their way to do anything to make us comfortable.

My husband, daughter and son-in-law sailed on the Reflection's maiden voyage last October. We had such an extraordinary experience that we sailed the ship again this past March, visiting San Juan, St. Maarten and St. Thomas. In fact, we have booked another European cruise which will sail from Rome on August 19th. Needless to say, the ship is fabulous, the food is great as is the crew. We had a suite so Peter was our "butler extraordinaire" on both cruises. Highly recommend the Reflection! So much fun!

Very clean and great staff

This is my first cruise with celebrity, some of the common areas too small. The main lobby area does not have the wow factor.

Just as expected for a Cunard ship

I went on a European Cruise on this ship. Overall it was great. The food was fantastic in both the buffet and the dining room. Only went to one speciality restaraunt, Cirque Dreams. The show and meal were great. Well worth the price. The steak was actually better than the one I had in the steak restaruant on Norwegian's Pride of America. Entertain in the atrium was very good. I thoroughly enjoyed Twice as Nice. My primary complaint is that the cost of the excusions was exhorbitant. Also, they were so long it did not leave much time to enjoy shipboard activities.

New ship that staff proudly keeps clean. Enjoyed all aspects of ship and destination ports. Fun to discover beautiful ship. All really nice, not a bad moment.

The ship is clean but I have missed the animal towel made by room cleaning crew before, this was our third cruise with NCL, they did'nt have it this time.

After the visit to various ports were missed due to captain decisions, our fun days at sea were not fun at all due to the poor entertainment choices available. Jaimie, the entertainment director, had very few activities, theater shows were repeated, and was rude in her treatment of port re-scheduling news.

We were very surprised with the quality of food and with a carnival ship because we had always heard so much negative about carnival...too much noise, etc. it could be because it was a European cruise where the clientele is different, not as many young people, but overall it was our best cruise yet.

Clean, friendly staff, excellent entertainment, great ports of call.

The ship was clean, the crew was friendly, this was the best intertainment I've attended on a ship. The excursions where excellent.

This was our first cruise of any type and it lived up and beyond our expectations. Everything we asked for was received with a big smile and a very gracious manner. We enjoyed the entertainment on board and thought the optional night in Vienna was wonderful.

We were on the Jade two years ago. Like the size--not too big.

New, spacious suites, full-sized bathrooms with tub and shower, a beautiful spa, well trained and experienced crew.
