Overall is a good cruise ship with good food entertainment activities but very bad and slow tender process that does not respect your time because they give priority to their own tour. This is not fair to other passengers that need to get off the ship early

Beautiful ship. Well maintained and well staffed. Capacity for 2500 passengers. Just the right size. Great bridge crew, Great engineering crew. Cruisin' Susan was a great cruise director.

Much better than the Eurodamm will never sail Eurdam again

some things cant be helped- but Carnival was very interested in getting all the money they could from us. We never complained about that. But when they made no effort to compensate for lost visit to Progresso they killed any understanding from us.

Everything was perfect except for the lousy internet, and shortage of staff in the dining room.

i was surprised at this cruise line because it was the last one i could find at such a late christmas date and i had never did holland before. i will now always consider holland america when choosing my future cruises.

Great cruise beautiful islands. Staff needs to keep adult areas for adults only! Need more enforcement of handwashing in food areas.

Cruise was ok for younger people...especially if they don't care about quality of food and just want quantity...The mega ships is not for us...maybe it comes with age and not into staying up late partying...we did it in our younger years...

Great trip as we did 10 years ago with carnival. no disappointment.

Very quick getaway cruise. Disappointing that we couldn’t visit the private island due to rough waters. They should consider building a port on that island so they don’t have to tender.

Good trip for the family. Need more activities for young people and big kids.

Don’t plan on cruising on Royal Caribbean again. Have cruised probably 5 times before with them, but the quality has really changed—not what I remembered. Seems like they are really cutting corners in entertainment area and quality of food in dinner experience in main dining. I guess they are focusing on new mega ships they are building. Sadly a ship with 4000+ passengers is just too much for me to enjoy!! (I did like the way they do the safety drill info now over the past!)
