Caribbean - Western Cruise Reviews

This cruise was one of the most laidback and relaxed I've ever had. The absence of large numbers of children running wild contributed to that, without a doubt.

We have been on several cruises and would rate this one at the top end. This cruise has a relaxed dress code for those that don't want to have to dress up. The buffet area is much smaller and the selection not as extensive as some of the other cruises we have sailed. If you hit the timing right, there won't be a huge crowd. We found that eating breakfast at Hudson's was perfect for us.

This is a good, solid cruise on a very pretty ship. The ship has a lot that is good, but the overall design and venue sizes really take away from the enjoyment bringing the ship overall down to a 3.5 star while the staff and quality are 4+ stars. Overall worth it!

Our first cruise was so much FUN and a great success. This trip was with 38 people from our resort in Texas and really added to the Fun. We are already making plans with other friends to go on a cruise.... just need to decide which ship and if we want to go this coming Fall or next Spring. Will probably be another Carribean cruise. Curious... if we all four book together at the same time in which cruisers #3 and #4 get a special or "free" trip (just paying taxes and fees)... does that mean they would share a room with us or would they get their own room? 

This is by far the best cruise I've taken, and I look forward to booking again in a few months.

This was a good cruise. We enjoyed our time together. The other guests were friendly. We wish the stay in Key West could have been longer.

The main disappointment we had is they didn't dock at Costa Maya. The captain said the weather was bad, but it didn't seem bad to anyone on board. The ocean seemed calm, and we weren't even moving around. I didn't think that would even be an option to go all the way to the port and be told we couldn't dock. I would think Carnival would know the weather etc. before we got all the way there. Carnival should post on the itinerary the percentages of how often the port you are going to gets cancelled. We would have just booked the 3 day cruise to Cozumel if we knew that port doesn't make often.

Good cruise. Love the medallion and plus package. Good food, entertainment, and activities. We would go on this cruise again. We like the Royal class ships

Very good ports of call and enjoy all the activities on the Wonder.

This was an excellent and very relaxing cruise! I had a fantastic time and great cabin! Very good experience from start to finish.

We loved the Wonder of the Seas - more spacious than the other Oasis class ships. Food was delicious, entertainment was excellent. We would like to have a full length play like the other ships (Mamma Mia, Cats, etc.) but the technical effects for the Effectors show was fun. Definitely recommend, looking forward to sailing on the Wonder again!

Free at Sea is misleading. How can it be free if you can not get it? (Bars). Cigar room is a nice addition and well kept. Be prepared for long lines and poor service on a pretty well maintained ship.

It was a very nice ship and a good cruise. The food was good. The show were very good also. Would definitely go on the Spirit agajn

We loved the customer service! 5 Star. Bimini was just OK for a stop. Cozumel has some good tequila. The entertainment was very good on the ship. We will go again and again on Celebrity!

I loved the cruise. I loved listening to the DJ while I ate. They played my kind of music.

Overall one of the best cruises I have ever been on as a solo traveler. As someone who thought I preferred smaller ships, I really enjoyed the Harmony of the Seas. Yes, it's a big ship but because it has a lot to do with a lot of spaces, you never feel crowded. I was worried that as a solo traveller I would get lost in the crowd on such a large ship, but just like on the smaller ships, I was always meeting new people getting into many conversations, making new friends. Basically, if you are thinking of trying out a larger ship for the first time, you can't go wrong with the Harmony of the Seas. Go ahead and book that cruise.
