Nick helped us get the room of our dreams. We got an Aft facing balcony and we couldn't have been happier. We enjoyed the privacy and quiet our location had immensely. Nick is always response and super friendly with every interaction, following up with us frequently to make sure we were happy. 10 out of 10 stars, highly recommend his services.

I have cruised Celebrity before, and booked this cruise for myself and 3 girlfriends, who have never cruised on Celebrity before. They are still raving about how great everything was. The crew, the port staff, the excursions, all so organized and seamless. Loved it, want to go back on the Apex!

Ship was well maintained crew friendly food left a lot to be desired. Typical shipboard activities, hard to find seating in buffet and pool areas. Not one of my favorite cruises taken. Ports of call uninteresting.

One of our favorite itineraries. Physical limitations prevented me from doing what I wanted to do. Nevertheless we enjoyed our balcony room, the food choices, and the entertainment. We had an unfortunate experience in the Bonsai Sushi restaurant, however we contacted John Heald and he helped make things right.

We had a great time taking our boys on their first cruise!! Can’t wait to do it again.

Relaxing which was great. Not as much entertainment as we first thought looking at schedule before leaving. Lots of kids running around unattended which was only really bad thing

The cruise was good----a little more turbulence than wished. Megan the cruise entertainment was excellent and high energy.

All in all we had a great time. The older ship was a great value. You can't beat the value of cruising. We spent less per night on the cruise than a mid-range hotel. Fun Time Had By All!

This cruise was not my favorite. The room wasn't a good choice. The ship has way too much wear and tear. I wasn't impressed with the ports.

It's a cruise, and any cruise is better than not being on a cruise! So we had a good time. But this was our first Royal Caribbean cruise and based on this experience, we probably wouldn't cruise again. There were no *huge* minuses, but lots of little ones (cabin issues, mediocre food, overpriced/not-particularly-good specialty restaurants, mediocre drinks (especially very mediocre wine, and especially at the "chef's table" where the "wine pairing" consisted of random $15-retail wines), mediocre ship excursions). Not terrible by any means, but not amazing.

Overall it was a great trip. Ideally would like to see the trip flipped- day at sea, Cozumel, Key West, and then back at port so that you have more time in Key West.

Celebrity Beyond is definitely a cruise you want to experience!

Very nice overall. But felt like the shorter cruises are not treated as "importantly" as longer ones. Very limited fun squad. Limited activities. Just felt a little "cheapy". The level of service was different. I enjoy Carnival cruises - but I did wonder about the shorter cruises. I am going to take another shorter one before I make a conclusion. BUT, the cruise director, Kegan, and the Fun Squad made it an excellent experience.

I enjoyed myself, the option to relax and just go with the floor was great. The food needs to be revisited as it was the same, minimal options, day in and day out. The things that were good was rare.

The service was wonderful the staff was friendly the ship was beautiful. I’ve been on it three times and would book again but would not do aqua class because of the menu selections.

Not very impressed with Caribbean Cruises! Extremely tourist driven!

The first MSc cruise ship I went on which was the sea scape was great. But this particular cruise ship Seashore. I was very disappointed in the service and the food selection.

I wouldn't do this Ship again for 7 days, just not a good experience.

This is the second time we sailed on Harmony within the last 6 months. This cruise had so many children (several unruly and wild) and seemed much louder and too crowded this time. I usually love Central Park but it was too loud during the day and took away the peace I longed for!
