If you have never cruised before and have nothing to compare it too this cruise ship would be a good starter. Staff overall were great, food okay, activities plentiful.

Have always been loyal to Royal but Enchantment is showing its age in some places. Beds, stained sofa. And the caliber of food in both Dining Room and Windjammer is very low.

We recently sailed on Royal Caribbean’s Mariner of the Seas, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! The ship had so many activities and dining options, and the service was absolutely stellar. We can’t say enough about the dining staff—Grace and Bernard went above and beyond every night, making our meals memorable with their warmth and attention to detail. One minor downside was the smoking section. Its location wasn’t ideal, and the smoke did carry into some common areas. But despite that, the amazing service and wonderful time we had on board far outweighed any small inconvenience. Can’t wait for our next adventure with Royal Caribbean!

Fun weekend cruise with options to do as much or as little as you want. Activities on board tend to be pretty pricey. Easy to spend more money than budgeted.

To be fair, I believe if I we did not experience so much rocking on the boat on the way to Mexico that my trip would have been a five star experience.

Beautiful ship with great shows, good food and professional staff. Loved the experience.

2 adults and our 11 year old set sail on Symphony of the Seas for a 4 day cruise to Cozumel. It was our first cruise with a kid and the ship had more than enough activities for the whole family.

Out 10th cruise, Celebrity Apex created a new standard compared to previous cruises. Food, Entertainment and efficient processes getting on and off the ship. Would cruise with them again.

Great staff, crew. First time with Aqua ..personally I think Blu is overrated . The thermal suite was nice and having access with aqua class was a definite perk.

A cruise my companion and I completely enjoyed. You could not ask for a nicer staff as well as the food. Far superior to our recent cruises on other ships.

The cruise was good considering the weather was bad on last 2 days because of a hurricane but the captain kept us all safe.

Great ship. Never felt crowded despite being a full sailing. The kids enjoyed Adventure Ocean and asked to go daily.

Overall the cruise was great. Really can say i had fun at only 1 of the stops we made but the cruise ship itself was awesome with the best staff.

Too many people, not enough venues or entertainment do everywhere was crowded to the doors.

1st time planning my cruise was stressful. Info given was inconsistent & sometimes inaccurate. Booking Agent did not return most of my calls, gave incorrect info about airport. Got different info from each person (4) I spoke with. Was told I'd have to "wait & see" after boarding. Once on ship, enjoyed it mostly. Entertainment was good but disliked not being able to sit where I wanted even after making reservations & coming 30 min early. RC staff were holding seats for designated passengers & other passengers were allowed to save seats (1 person saved 13 seats).

Royal Caribbean is the best! Wonder of the Seas is an amazing ship! The staff is fabulous!

Only thing I didn’t like was; I love oldies when it comes to music but why play it all the time. Music should be different everyday at the club. Same as the salsa group at Boleros. Other than that it was a great cruise, outstanding crew and service. Greatly appreciated the small veterans ceremony.

We came to the cruise life later in life and really regret not starting earlier and this cruise only confirmed that for us. We loved everything about it. We even found ducks this time a first for us.
