The excursion descriptions were not completely accurate. This is particularly regarding the sunset cruise.

Would highly recommend this itinerary, go on the cove tasting tour it was amazing.

Happy with sailing from Tampa and intinary but everything else was subpar. Wouldn’t allow door decorating, did not include bottled water in Ultimate Beverage package, excessive gratuities ($20 a day per person) instead of $16 a day. Food was too salty and below average even. Entertainment was disappointing. Overall a waste of money. This was expressed by many others including long time Norwegian cruisers. We felt we were nickel and dimed to death! Will NEVER do Norwegian again and recommend others do the same!

Been to these ports many times so no real surprises. Ship is scheduled for a refit and definitely shows her age right now.. Crew spread very thin service was spotty at times.

Top of the line bartenders, and customer service in the Casino Bar. John, Made, Kade, and Rahul, were amazing. Their attention to detail is outstanding for the drinks they made for our anniversary and the entire cruise. They took the time to remember our names, and made sure to recognize us every time. They excel in the customer service industry and the best of the best!

The service was very good. Food was reasonably good, except spa cafe. The tours were grossly overpriced. Overall the cruise was good, very relaxing.

Celebrity is certainly a luxury cruise and we will book again thank you, Celebrity

Lack of good entertainment. Weather was poor first week. No fault of cruise line.

If i had not been on premier package the whole cruise would have been not so good. Tried main dinning two nights what a joke ate at pay dinning every night. That was the great part of the premier package other wise not good value . excursion were great Princess excursion were not good in my opinion . Staff were great at pay eats and wheelhouse bar. Not impressed at all a lot of money low return. Better on other lines for less.

The ship was very clean . The waiters in the restaurants We're also very good. The shows also were very good.

best was service and assistance given my wife who had broken her foot, and needed assistance. This was our first post COVID cruise and we enjoyed that return. Do want to mention that we thought the changes to MDR menu, making it smaller, and theme oriented, were a great improvement, and shortened what had been a 2 hour dinner in MDR to about a little over an hour.

Food & service was amazing. Like that they wait on you for drinks at the Lido. Most other cruise lines you have to get you’re own drinks at the Lido cafe.

The ports are not ideal for a cruise because they don't have much to see . The shore excursions were poor specially the one in Bonaire that should be eliminated .

This is a must cruise. Give yourself a few days in Puerto Rico to enjoy, the atmosphere, the people, the food and the culture. Great preparation for the other ports. All the ports were wonderful and each has its own quality of entertainment. Must do. Highly recommended.

Nice newer ship! Step up from other Carnival ships. Ports were great. Would have liked one less sea day and maybe another stop. Would have preferred only one stop in the Dominican. Our room steward Kadek needs some serious training though.

Overall it was a great cruise with great experiences and amenities provided. Need to experience this type of cruise at least once.

total cauos at the port. traffic was stopped everywhere. had to park 4 stations away from our loading area and carry all of our luggage with us. by the time I got to finally boarded the ship, I was already to go home. very BAD experiance!!

Overall a great cruise the demographic is older the pace is slower there are plenty of areas to sunbath or relax also there is no blaring music or many children

We were a group of 7 people. Most of us had a good time. My husband and I did not because of his injuries. We feel that Carnival is responsible for his accident because of the height of the threshhold. I think Carnival owes us a cruise.

Overall was decent. Aside from toilet clogging issues nothing bad, but nothing amazing. Would debate trying another ship. Alcohol package was a must and the besf part of it
