We had a wonderful 14-day cruise on the MSC Seascape. Overall, the ship was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. All service providers (dining, bar, room, guest, etc.) were exceptionally polite and friendly. And there was plenty of staff to meet our needs each day. We may consider a longer trip in the future.

I found the ship needs to be refurbished and updated. They nickel and dime you for everything. You can’t even get a plastic bottle of water without a drink plan for both of you. The slot machines in the casino were the worse. Penny machines were almost a dollar. Why call them penny machines. When playing tables no one came over to ask if you wanted a drink.

Seas were a bit rough in Atlantic -Caribbean was great

Holland America is still definitely for ages 55+, which has positives and negatives. VERY few kids, few young adults. Service and staff still excellent, ship VERY clean but food quality had gone downhill unfortunately. Undercooked and not as flavorful.

We really liked the two days at sea before and after visiting the A-B-C islands and loved the Dutch influence on these islands, as well as the wonderful coral reefs and tropical fish.

Would never book this ship again because of poor cabin design and crowded public areas,

The experience was fun but we did have some bad days. The ship was very small and it rocked a lot which made me feel sick often. It was good that we stopped at several amazing ports, otherwise it would not be a very good trip.

Highly recommend the small-ship experience. The tradeoffs are less evening entertainment for more interesting ports and fewer people. If you're bothered by crowds, plan your visits to the Windjammer for less-busy times. Take time to talk to the staff and learn about their world. Splurge on Chef's Table and/or some specialty dinners. If you watch for good offers and are willing to do an ocean view room, cruising is a great way to visit other parts of the world. We like Royal Caribbean!

Would do this cruise again. Great port to visit. The A B C islands are beautiful, lots to see and do.

Been on many cruises and a lot of them were Carnival but this one was one of our least favorites

Overall one of the best Carnival cruises we have taken.

Other than being disabled with my foot, cruise was good.

Beautiful ship, hopefully Royal Caribbean raises it standards regarding the food in the main dining room & buffet and variety of mixed virgin drinks. Smoothies and Boba teas would be a nice addition.

Disappointed in reduction in perks for Elite Status passengers. Martini bar understaffed, limited drink selection, drinks overpriced. Felt nickel and dimed on this cruise

We cruised twice on Celebrity (Apex,transatlantic, Sky Suite on Retreat, Oct. 2021 and this time on Beyond on a 10 -day Caribbean on Sky suite) and twice on NCL ( Prima, transatlantic, on Haven, Sep. 2022 and Norwegian Joy,on a 15-day Panama canal cruise in Feb 2023, also on Haven) and we can honestly say that hands down, NCL's Haven, overall, has the best service and food and is totally worth the money. Having your own elevator, your own butler, and reserved seating at the theater must be a perk that Celebrity does NOT have. It's not worth paying all that extra $$$$.

The Beyond had some improvements with more seating areas on the ship. We always enjoy the wonderful service and friendliness of the entire crew.

Great itinerary! The ship is well designed. Service in most areas was lacking from bar staff to shore excursions, room steward. Certainly not what Celebrity used to be like.

This is our favorite itinerary that we have taken during multiple years.

We take this Mid January cruise for seven years. This 11 day cruise was 5 ports but is being reduced to 4 ports for next year, still 11 days.
