Ship has a lot of issues - guest services did not help (rude). Very displeased with Carnival. Scalding hot water and shower drain did not work.

I don’t recommend MSC for the food that resembles more a college cafeteria than a decent (even if cheap) restaurant.

I hope Carnival will contact us about the flooding in our room

I cannot say enough good things about the crew for this trip. I really enjoyed the small ship vibe where all the staff remembered me each time I interacted with them.

Older, smaller ship with cigarette smell throughout. Excellent staff and food.

My husband and I came home with the flu so that really sucked!! I would tell people if you are sick or have been sick one week to cruise date, STAY HOME!!!! I would ask the cruise line to make it easier for those that are sick to book another date so everyone doesn’t get sick. We had many sick on our cruise

I'm hooked (pun intended). A Disney cruise is the way to go, wherever you want to go.

Stacey Love was a joy to work with. She crunched the numbers and provided a plethora of options for my family to enjoy a 3 night cruise for my kids’ birthdays. We deeply appreciated the automatic price drop savings after booking as it provided a more affordable vacation for us. This was the first time we ever booked two adjoining rooms (at Stacey’s suggestion), and we couldn’t have been happier with that setup. The kids were over the moon to have their own room and beds! We are also grateful for her strong suggestion for the ship Allure, and found the amenities and activities plentiful. The kids loved their time at the kids club which gave my husband and I a small break to enjoy the casino and time alone. Stacey checked in frequently before the cruise to ensure we got checked in, explored excursions and drink packages, and more. She was available on our sailing date for any last minute questions or needs we may have had, and was excited to hear about our adventures upon our return. What was most thoughtful was her arranging a birthday cake to be delivered to our room to properly celebrate the kids’ birthday. The kids were so excited to receive such a special surprise! We will definitely use Stacey again in the future to book our travel arrangements. As a working mother of 2, it can be challenging at times to think about and plan much needed vacations. She made it quick and easy for us, and all we had to do was enjoy our time together as a family.

We had such a wonderful time on our cruise! We had not been on a cruise since 1995 and loved not having to worry about missing anything since Laurie and Greg did all of the planning for us. It was an amazing experience and we can't wait to go on another one! Thank you Dream Vacations for making our trip perfect!

This was my first cruise. Initially it seemed awesome, but quickly became overpacked and was crowded everywhere. The food was terrible. Drinks were okay at first, but tasted watered down towards the end of the day. Woke up at 3:30 am because we couldn't sleep and everything was closed except for the Irish restaurant, which just had a limited food menu and non alcoholic drinks until 7am. The water/ice stations were shut down too. Casino was open but bar was not. Pools/hot tubs all closed. Just felt like cattle. Staff was rude most of the time. I wouldn't recommend it, there wasn't enough to do on the ship.

Royal Caribbean is an excellent line. I personally have sailed with them over 50 times and have not been disappointed. I have sailed on many other cruise lines as well and nothing compares for a great family experience or adult experience. The entertainment is wonderful and the food is always excellent.

I would definitely go on this cruise again! I would spend the extra money next time to go to Atlantis private beaches instead of the public ones. I will probably do a 4 night min. next time to have a day at sea so I can explore more of the ship.

It was a great time onboard, I would not likely go on a ship this size again, but the staff was wonderful and the time with my family was great

This was a first cruise for my partner; second cruise for me. He enjoyed the experience very much. I loved the friendliness of the crew. It was more relaxing than my last cruise on the Oasis. I thought there was much more to do on the larger ship, more restaurants and entertainment. Both were really nice and I'm sure we'll cruise again soon.

Overall the experience was positive. This was our first cruise and we learned a lot. What I thought may be a once in a lifetime experience certainly will not be, we are looking to book again! I will strategize for a better dining experience but certainly will not go hungry. No more Bubbles package for the kids, we will just carry on a couple cases of soda. The butterflies of how this works and what to do are no gone, the next voyage will be even better.

It was a nice short cruise for someone who did not have enough time to take a full cruise. It did feel kind of silly to be sailing around in circles on the CA because we were so close to the Bahamas and Miami but it was nice to get away for a few days. I would not recommend paying the upgrade for concierge class. It was a bunch of fluff with no real substance. we did not feel like any of the extra amenities were worth the cost. Also, check celebrities website for actual room dimensions before you book with . I was told we would have a full balcony and they were not accurate. However, on celebrities website, it did list which balconies were not full-size. I regret not checking with Celebrity first.
