HIGHs: The interior rooms were nicely arranged; the bottom beds were *SO* comfortable; 99.9% of the staff were absolutely fabulous; the spa services were fabulous; the coffee shop beverages were consistently good; afternoon tea was such a lovely treat each day, with great service and tasty sandwiches and treats; our seated dinner came with a variety of options which were usually very good; the pizzeria on deck 5 was great; movies on the deck were a lot of fun and the blankets they provided were a nice touch. LOWs: There was an issue with the tender boats in Ketchikan, so were were left waiting in line for 3 hours in the sun without any communication from someone from Princess; as an apology, they offered everyone on board a drink coupon that had a maximum of $9.99 and excluded premium alcohol -- seriously?! My SPF 50 didn't hold up after hours in the sun, and this was the "compensation"? Also, the internet manager on our boat, Mr. Danilo Cudic, was rude and unhelpful to a few different family members, including myself, on different occasions. Additionally, the food was hit or miss, especially in the buffet (Horizon Court) and in the International Cafe (Deck 5).

The staff was wonderful in every department the food was just very average but otherwise it was a good cruise I recommend this for seniors not young couples no night clubs no dances pretty much just things for old people to do

Grand Princess tender in Ketchikan was a total mismanaged disaster. Worst experience on a tender situation ever.

Great trip, Brent Nixon the Naturalist had excellent shows, very informative, we saw whales, sea lions, seals, bears.

We had a great time on our cruise. The staff was exceptional, the food was great, and the shore excursions were wonderful. Jennifer at when above and beyond to help us book a great time.

The ports we visited were excellent. The food was mostly good except for no Coke products. Wine selection was nice and the fact that we could save 1/2 bottle for another night made it more affordable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms were nice and didn't feel too cramped. Would have liked 1 more seat in the cabin altho it would have been hard to fit it.

Celebrity Infinity is a nice vessel. Easy to navigate for a Cruise Ship. The staff were attentive and quick to respond. The food was above average for a cruise

This was our 13th cruise, the first with Holland America, and we really enjoyed the ship. A smaller and older crowd was just to our liking, and we also liked how easy it was to find a quiet place to relax. We had a Vista Suite balcony and loved the space and the size of the shower in particular. It was a real home-size shower instead of the little corner shower like on other balcony rooms. We had a wonderful time with our extended family of 12 total!

WE enjoyed our cruise from start to finish. Staff was very professional Albert our steward was friendly, Tayson, Juliet and Anna were willing to go the extra mile for they guest.

Our weather was fantastic! Great staff! Food was excellent!

This was my third cruise. I had previously cruised on Royal Caribbean and Carnival. I rate both of those head and shoulders above HAL, or more accurately, the Eurodam ship. The cruise and destinations were wonderful. The management of the cruise, the layout of the ship, especially with its seating bottlenecks, and the advertisement of activities, etc was all marginal to bordering on unacceptable.

We were amazed with the quality of entertainment and activities.

The itinerary and excursions were fabulous! More time at each port would have been appreciated; our spa mini-suite was smaller than expected; the halls were narrower; the Pride of America staff set the bar very high regarding friendliness and customer service; the Bliss staff did not come close to POA staff except for a select few.

The ship sailed at 120% of capacity with 4700 guests - too many! Very difficult to find a table for breakfast (we ate in specialty restaurants every night and those were excellent). We booked one race track session and one laser tag session when we first boarded, intending to see if we liked it before booking more sessions (you pay $5 for laser tag and $10 for go carts), but that was a mistake because they were both fully booked after day one and we were out of luck. The Alaskan ports were fabulous. Seaplane (magnificent scenery and beautiful peaceful landing spot in the middle of nowhere) in Ketchikan. Whale watching in Juneau (we saw humpbacks and orca!) and helicopter to walk on glacier and old-time streetcar ride in Skagway. Victoria lovely too. We took a horse and carriage ride which was a great way to see the sights.

For this being my first cruise, I was impressed! Plenty of space in the stateroom, a great staff onboard and I thoroughly enjoyed the Captain's humor and friendliness! This says so much!

I absolutely have no negative comments to make from the on-boarding experience to disembarkation. This is a classy yet comfortable ship and the captain and crew were outstanding. I would recommend this cruise to everyone!

This was a bucket list location for me. This trip exceeded all expectations from the ship beginning to end from the glaciers, people wildlife. It was breathtaking

awesome family vacation. Tremendous service and attentive staff. Leadership team was excellent Captain Tasos and crew were top notch. Highly recommend this ship, this cruise and this captain.
