It was absolutely wonderful for my family and my parents so many activities we just ran out of time food and service and cleanliness everything was impeccable ! I loved it
We hired a private driver that was able to get us to different areas and helped with family with mobility issues.

Make sure to rebuy the drinks package.
We did a group tour and realized that for the size and needs of our group we should have hired a private tour for this as well. It was difficult to find restrooms and for our group one member had limited mobility and had to walk steps to get to a restroom.
We just didn’t give ourselves enough time to do everything we wanted to do.
Spend a few extra days and check on your tours/guides prior purchasing a tour.
Again it just didn’t seem like we had enough time to do everything that we wanted to do. Since we had two days, I should have rented a room in Florence to have more time. The excursion was too short.

we had to advert a storm- we were really disappointed- I know you can't control weather but a gift credit or something would have been nice
