Wasn’t expecting to have to take our luggage from the car to the porters. On other cruises we unloaded luggage with porters before parking.

I flew into Long Beach but stayed at a hotel in Commerce which was okay. It was difficult to get a cab to the port.

The people inside the Carnival dome were helpful and friendly, including the porters and border patrol, but the organization getting in before that was ABYSMAL.
