Galveston, Texas Port Reviews

We have been here many times. I would probably recommend a day at Moody Gardens or tour some of the old homes.

Galveston is a great little town to enjoy downtown shops and walk along the beach.

Enjoyed checking out the oil rig museum and Moody Gardens Amazon pyramid!

They were well organized. Everything moved along smoothly

We take uber in and out, going $60.00 to ship always cheaper then from ship 80.00, but is cheaper then cab or transfer.

Went to the Houston Space Museum. Rainforest Cafe & rode the underground water ride! They have a Walmart close for last minute things. Pier with rides & souvenirs.

Great city to explore before or after your cruise. We went to the beach, to the downtown, to eat some food and explore the city. Good choice if you have time.

We always get in the day before and stay at a local hotel. Enjoy venturing out and trying different restaurants each time we visit.

Galveston is a good port. Make sure th at you know what terminal your ship leaves from and where you are suppose to park

We did not spend any time in Galveston during this trip. However , we like the city very much and we stayed there several times before.
