only through your cruiseline transportation. Orherwise you will need Uber or taxi. We have sailed out of Galveston twice and there was not an airport shuttle, it is too far away!

We booked transportation through Carnival (on the excursion list) from airport to port and then on the return trip. Seamless and highly recommended.

we ended up booking Princess Shuttle. I called a few different shuttle companies. could not get hold of a live person or they did not call me back after leaving message. This was a bit alarming. The only one of 5 to get back to me was Sam Limousine but we decided to stick to the cruiseline shuttle.
