Passengers, Customs employees and MSC Staff are rude.

BCT was easier to get through than I imagined - both embarking and disembarking. Truly upholding the American tradition that we want to get to our vacation as soon as possible and away from it, just as fast LOL.

Parking was convenient.

Easy parking-we drove to Brooklyn from Long Island. No excursions

Good experience during checking and check out

It's Brooklyn, nothing to special about it. Line was long getting into lot but moved somewhat steady.

We got off ourselves with luggage,best to get a baggage handler to help, you will get through quicker, it is crowded

We love visiting New York which we do frequently. Because I was born in Brooklyn, oh those many years ago and I haven't been there in over 40 years, we asked our Uber driver to drive us around Brooklyn to see many of the places I recalled which he gladly did.

Wish they had an area where you can sit to wait for your ride. We stood outside in the cold and staff were yelling at people to move.
