Very inefficient in handling checkin process, lack of clear signage, PA system was horrible, people were confused because updates were inaudible.

Terrible location. One-hour away from Manhattan, where the attractions are. Missed places to allow for time back to ship. Should be used only for embarkation and disembarkation, not for Port of Call.
