Used lyft to cab to the oldest lighthouse ($10-15 from cruise terminal) and park. Highly recommend the cliff walk from the ruins to the lighthouse! We then cabbed again to the bug lighthouse and back to terminal. We then walked around old portland which is beautiful!

Has anyone seen the Victorian Mansion? Trying to decide what to do, as last year we did best of and Kennebunkport. Thinking of Freeport, but other than 'LL Bean, I am not keen on shopping. Maybe stay in town at port and explore? Excursions were too pricey and rushed, and we don't mind walking. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Fantastic port and beautiful city. We enjoyed walking around the streets and shopping in local shops and enjoying the local cuisine. Definately a highlight on our Canada/New England Cruise!

Cool gray day, didn't dampen being able to see the Bush compound by driving by and from the boat ride. Learned about lobstering and had a lobster roll and the best chowder I've ever had in Kennebunkport. Looked like it would have been fun to do some shopping, but no time.
