You will pick an arrival time when you check in online for your cruise. The boarding time may be a bit after that. We had a 10:00 AM arrival time last week and boarding began at 11:00, starting with suite guests and those with status with the cruise line. They then called groups based on arrival times.

depends on customs and the coast guard. I've boarded the ship as early as 1030am and as late as 130pm due to surprise inspections from the coast guard and other things
