I know carnival offers a transfer. Not sure about rates since I always Uber to the airport. Should be under your excursions on your booking page

There are plenty of transportation options when you are leaving the ship. We chose to Uber. It cost $45 for a Uber xl plus you can request a car seat.

We took a taxi from the port it was $37. I believe a Uber may be a little cheaper.

We took a shuttle for $10/person. Fairly easy and quick.

we paid $16 per person through Royal and got shuttled to Miami Airport. It's a bus and there were little kids with no carseats

If you want a slight adventure, a trolley comes by the port and takes you to the bus station, which takes you straight into the airport. Pretty cheap in comparison to the shuttle and no car seats needed.
