If the group isn’t large I would use rideshare. You can schedule ahead of time. Or if cruise line has shuttle from airport that could be another option.

We’re staying about 15minutes from port and our hotel has a deal with a cab company but it’s metered so we’re probably going to Uber on embarkation day. For disembarkation, NCL has a shuttle service which is about double the price but at least you’ll know where to go and won’t have to worry about when you’ll get to the airport if there aren’t any Ubers…

Please read the post everyone. They are staying in Miami and need a shuttle to port Miami. There are no hotels near port Miami. You can stay in downtown Miami but they are staying at Stay bridge Miami airport. We cruise Miami a lot but only 2 of us, so we take a taxi. October we will be using Carnival transfers. Probably cheaper with a shuttle
