Check out SAS transportation, they’ll pick up at certain hotels in Fort Lauderdale to certain in Miami, we used them in 2019, can’t remember cost but was great price, check their web page just Google SAS transportation

Jiffy Jeff is very reliable and reasonably priced. There is also the Brightline train from FLL to Miami, then you could Uber from the Brightline station to your hotel.
