Room access time has nothing to do with Loyalty level on Royal. All rooms open up at the same time after cleaning is completed, usually around 1 or 1:30p.

And Grades, you must be special. The doors to the room hallways are usually closed, with a sign explaining. And for those who can't read, I've seen staff kindly ask then to leave the area and come back later. But I'm sure there are special people who get in.

Rooms are typically ready about 1:30 PM for most cruises. I suggest completing the muster drill and grabbing lunch as soon as you board.

Haven guests on NCL can normally go directly to their rooms. that's been our experience anyway.

Yes, you can board any time, but the rooms are usually ready by 1.30 or latest by 3, depending on the previous cruise arrival to port. Many like to go grab a quick lunch or drinks while waiting.

Unless you are platinum or better you need to wait until 4pm to enter your room. You board ship when your Check in time specifies.

I always go to cabin first.Nobody questions me.

Yes be sure to check in for your cruise early either on the app or online. Most cruise lines give early boarding times to people that check in early once the check-in process opens

Yes. Look at the time options when you check in for your cruise. Depending upon the ship and the line, they can start as early as 10:00am.
