It's not hotel parking, but you can also check out Premier Cruise Parking. with taxes and whatnot, I just paid $80 for a 6 night cruise.

Hilton Miami Downtown has a park and go. Includes a shuttle to the cruise port, valet parking. The parking is secure. I did this a few years back and the hotel is really nice. It’s also very close to the port of Miami.

we are staying at the Ramada by Wyndham Miami springs / Miami International Airport address 5001 Northwest 36th street for next month to leave your car at the hotel is 6 dollars a day and you can call this man to get shuttle to the ship and back to the hotel 10.00 their and 10.00 back for shuttle the man name is Lucas number 305 733 4940 hope this helps

Idk what the hotel is like now as we stayed 4 years ago at the La Quinta Inn and Suites NE 42nd in Miami they have a package where you get free parking, breakfast, and one way transfers to the port.It says that it's been remodeled and it was less than $125 for the room. Our car was fine, no issues.
