Easy to get to the port, staff was friendly and made the embarkation process easy. Safe place to park your vehicle. Plenty of security.

I love leaving this port on carnival. I always feel like the ships tail will hit the bridge. It’s just so awesome to watch.

We live in Jacksonville area so this port was convenient. Parking at the port was pricey though. Somehow, we missed the fact that we would be charged approx. $80 per vehicle to park during the cruise. We brought 2 vehicles and were shocked. IF YOU LIVE IN JACKSONVILLE, CONSIDER GETTING A RIDE OR LOOK INTO ANOTHER LOT NEARBY IF THERE'S ONE AVAILABLE.

Great friendly service, loved the speed and ease my first cruise was to get on. Loved the view and there’s a parking lot across the way for only $3 a Day.

I didn’t research this port because I expected it to be like the other ports. It is not. When you have luggage to drop off you pull into the designated section and take your luggage out and leave it off to the side unattended and after you park you return to it and check it yourself. That made me feel uncomfortable so instead of leaving it I chose to stand with it until my husband parked and returned to me. I asked a port attendant what I was suppose to do and was given the answer check your bags yourself but I didn’t want to leave without my husband. While I waited I was asked to either walk it all in or move towards the restroom and wait for my husband (ten people in our party) So we started moving our luggage towards the restroom and then a man came up with a buggy to place our bags. I was so happy someone finally came because at this point I was panicking a little as well as a elderly woman who also chose to wait with her luggage until her husband returned to her. It was so very stressful. I tried really hard to find the positive but unfortunately I could not until my husband finally made it back to me and we entered the port. From that moment on it went smooth as butter. I’m assuming we were to leave our luggage and a handler would have retrieved it but I wasn’t sure what was going on. How was I supposed to tip him? I wish I would have researched this port and I hope anyone who will be leaving from here looks into it too avoid the stress we had. Im still confused and unable to make sense of the luggage situation 😂
