Parking was adequate. Would have been nice to have a luggage drop off area. I found the communication was adequate but confusing. Didn't like to fact the porter solicited a tip from me. His loss. I would have given him more if he hadn't said anything.

Don’t have passports what does everyone use as a form of ID? Do you have to bring your birth certificate or will Drivers license do? First time cruiser any information will help. Thanks

I will NEVER port out of Jacksonville again, they do not have it together on the Disembarkation.

They shut down the parking outside the gate so you have to park with them - easy on easy off though

You move along through here smoothly enough, and the people working here are friendly, but you have to leave your car in a parking lot with no cover. If I knew that, I would've parked offsite. Came back from our cruise and my car was coated with pollen.
