Not organized the lines were all over the place. People were already aggravated due to the 4 hour delay but didn’t know were to go. A blonde fat white lady was pushing everyone around

Entrance area seemed unfinished and temporary. Could use some finishing touches, but all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Customs was a breeze and we'll organized.

The. Worst. Debarkation. Ever. Almost 3 hours to get from the ship to our car. It was so disorganized! People cutting in line! We were lined up down hallways with dirty cabin doors open. Then once off the ship, the long hot lines were worse!

The trip from JAX Port to the ocean is a fantastic cruise down the St John's river. You pass directly under the Dames Point Bridge. The whale tail cleared it by only 3 feet!!! Beautiful but tense.

Went to the beach. It was ok but not as beautiful as Bahama water.

No excursion but the port was nice and easy to navigate to.

Really enjoyed the beautiful architecture along the river.
