We stayed in Fort Lauderdale after we arrived back. We took a Lyft to get around town. Plenty of shopping and rating places.

Did the Sawgrass Recreational Park Excursion on our layover in Fort Lauderdale between our two halves of the trip. Excellent adventure with airboat ride and "zoo" like activities with rescued animals. I held a 2 year old alligator for a great photo op!

We did the Everglades excursion- we saw an alligator and there was a show after with some alligators which was good but the tour guide talked the whole way there and back - repeating herself and telling us personal things that we really didn’t need to know- then she started to sing and that was the last straw and made me want to scream or cry 😢

Beautiful. Laid back. If you are looking for a party place this isn’t really it. It’s more of a toned down south beach. Still very nice for a twenty something’s getaway! The snooze is a nice cheap beachfront hotel and close by everything

Great pre and post cruise port! Embassy suites is a quick 5 min ride.

It was fine. We did a final-day excursion to the Everglades because we had a late flight. Enjoyed the airboat ride and the hands-on experience with a baby alligator.

No excursion but did hang out in Fort Lauderdale a couple days. Enjoyed beach front and riding the trolley.
