My party arrived a couple hours after boarding started so we didn’t have to wait in any lines. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Quick trip from the FLL airport to Port Everglades was convenient. Everything seemed efficient (although there were only a few other passengers checking in at the same time so things may change if busy)

Slowest embarkation of all the cruises I've been on. Stood in line for over an hour. Disembarkation was much smoother and we were off the ship in no time. All ports need the same policies.

Efficient and easy port to cruise from. Everything went smooth with staff giving good directions. We stayed at Ramada which was a little outdated but had nice pool and tiki bar. They seemed understaffed and needed to close tiki bar early Saturday due to someone calling out. The person handling transportation to port was very rude to most travelers and I don’t know if he was hotel employee or separate company.

We spent a couple days here before we sailed. We did an airboat tour which was fun and we ate at some great local restaurants.

Easiest and fast embarkation I have ever seen. Highly recommended parking with park and go. We got off the bus from park and go, the driver passed our bags to the porter on the sidewalk, and we didn’t stand still again till we sat down in the boat. We walked straight in and right on the boat with no wait. Maybe 15 minutes tops from getting off the bus to getting on the boat and having a bowl of ice cream with my kids!! Debarkation was delayed numerous times and I am not sure why. Customs was a smooth process and the line moved consistently but it took a few hours to get off the boat.
