I'm bummed they won't be leaving from this port anymore. We've used it twice and enjoyed going there.

The port at Charleston is very different from any of the other ports we have embarked from. You drive through and give your luggage to the carriers while in the car line to park and then ,once we parked, we got really turned around on where to go into the terminal. Once we found our way, you almost do everything outside and then go into the terminal to finalize everything. Overall, it's not a bad port to embark from, it was just different and a little more confusing to us.

While Charleston is a beautiful city, the port is not. The terminal is clearly dated. The cruise parking is confusing and needs better instructions.
