Left in the cold and the waiting area had no heat. Your in a warehouse area. THe security people are rude and no personalities.

The Baltimore port was very efficient in getting the ship loaded.

The port itself was friendly and fairly easy to navigate. Customs was a breeze and the porters were friendly. I would give the port itself 5 stars but unfortunately it is in Baltimore. The first thing I noticed about Baltimore is the poverty. Walking into a Walmart made me feel terrible for the people who live there. After our cruise we visited the aquarium however and noticed how incredibly rotten everyone is. Between that and the traffic, I will try my best to avoid Baltimore at all costs from now on. I would however go back to sail on the Pride again.
