We live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and this port is only about an hour and a half from home. Navigating to it is very easy from any direction. Signs directing you are plentiful. Extremely well orchestrated luggage drop off, parking and check-in.

Living in Maryland makes this port the best. Getting in to the port is supper easy, about 30 seconds off 95 and you're at the port. Now that they have upgraded the port the check in is much easier and quicker. Parking is a bit expensive bur the convenience can't be beat. Coming home was the best, from disembarking to home was 25 minutes. The coolest part of leaving Baltimore is going under the Bay Bridge. The Any speed restrictions also make the first part of the cruise very relaxing.

I took a GO transportation van from home to the port. It was awesome. Nice conversation with Tom the driver. We were there in no time. As soon as we pulled up (just feet away from the door) porters were there to take your luggage and we stood on line waiting for the doors to open to our new adventure. The lines inside were lightening fast. I WILL be coming back soon!

We never cruised out of any other port except Baltimore but we have heard stories about other ports and Baltimore seems to run very smooth and easy

Born and raised here right across from the cruise terminal in fed hill/locust point so if course I need to give a 5 Star :). Love having one so close to home
