We just went to this port to get on the ship. I would never do an excursion in Baltimore, too dangerous.

Too slow to disembark; the word was that there was a delay in customs, although customs is usually very good.

We left from and returned to Baltimore. Very clean and easy. Very cold!

Easy to get to, especially if you are local. Parking is pricey, so if you can use uber/lyft etc or have family drop you off. Everything went smoothly despite long lines when checking in.
