This review is only for the port itself including embarking and disembarking. Our ship was delayed four hours and we took a shuttle from a local hotel so we didn't have a lot of the headaches others did. Our previous experience was with the port of NY (really dreading that in July). Pros: We had a suite so we were able to get right in. Even without that our check in took less than 5 minutes even with us asking a few questions. People from our Facebook group who had fttf were on board within 10 minutes of us. Baltimore seems to have check in down pat. Disembarking was VERY easy!! Going through customs took no time at all, they scanned our passports and told us welcome back. We left our luggage out the night before so we had to pick it up, all our bags were together and our shuttle was right outside. To prove this port isn't a fluke a group from our Facebook group forgot a bag at the port and had no issues going back and getting it. Cons: The gentleman at the door to check in seemed to rush us and said "oh you should of gone in the other door". I think he needed a drink more than we did.

I liked this port because it is about 15 min from my house! I had a good experience here and things moved very smoothly. I will definitely come back here for more cruises.
