Pretty much every cruise line offers shuttles, you can book it through the cruise line. You can also easily get an UBER, Lyft or taxi from the port.

Agreed. we booked our shuttle thru the ship,it got us priority off ship ,they even handled our luggage.

There are a ton of shuttles. If you booked through NCL, there should have been an option to book the shuttle. The shuttle is a much better option than a cab because 99% sure you will get a Prius, and when you pack for a 9 day trip the Prius gets uncomfortable with 4 bags and 2 passengers. You can also request an Uber, but for some reason Uber is about 10x more expensive at the airport in Seattle.

I'm sure there are several options. I booked with Seattle Express because the website I booked my cruise through is partnered with them, and I received a discount for booking through the partnered site.

we used the Seattle express. when we landed at the airport the day before, we used the hotel shuttle to get from the airport to the hotel. I had made arrangements through Seattle express for a ride to the port from the hotel and then to the airport from the port. no problems at all. very convenient and we will use them again the next time.

cruise line is best. it's a Looonng walk from the terminal to busses, though, but overall smooth. And if any unforseen delays, the ship will wait since you booked transportation through cruise line
