This is one of the best ports we've visited. Love the city, would love to go back again with the same weather. Alcatraz, Fishermen's Wharf, Both of the beautiful bridges and the street cars. The city lives up the hype

Be sure to walk the Golden Gate Bridge and visit Alcatraz. Both were amazing.

Going under the golden gate Bridge on the top deck of the cruise ship was amazing. Also recommend visiting sausalito if you have additional time

We love this port. We no longer do excursions, but a walk along the waterfront to Market Street and then into the downtown area with a return to the ship walking in a loop was good, specially because the weather was sunny with a temperature very inviting for the day.
