Unloading and embarkation not a pleasant experience but the return trip was better with cooperative baggage steward

It was a neat experience. I wouldn’t do it again though. Rude people everywhere you went. Trashy ghetto slums in the area. It’s the armpit of America.

I love NOLA! I have never had a bad time while visiting. You will need to be prepared to walk allot! Cafe Soule on St. Louis street has the best Monte Cristo and French Dip sandwiches! The public transportation is not expensive and very easy to ride. For $3 a day you can ride the trolley or bus, that is very reasonable! The only downfall NOLA has is Bourbon st. it is nasty and smells.. but one street over is Royal st. and it is so beautiful! Most people think all there is to do is drink and party in NOLA.. There is so much more!
