Did the plantation tour which was good. The docents were excellent at both plantations.

First time ever to New Orleans. If your white though, you were warned not to go to some areas!!! So talk to your hotel concierge. Other than that, it was a beautiful port. When we entered the port, it seemed as if all race “division” disappeared and we all had an AMAZING time!!! Can’t wait until the next cruise!

Check in was easy. Traffic getting into the terminal was a hot mess. They layout is different from the Vista. My twin sister and I got on the ship early.

Access to terminal not easy to get to. The taxi drivers have a lot of patience! Once in the terminal things were fine. We did come 2 days early to visit the city. Very friendly people, very good food.
