Easiest port to embark and debark from the ship. Has on-site parking garage that makes it easy to drive to and from the ship without purchasing transfers or air travel and the staff is very friendly at this location. I highly recommend it for drivers!

We stayed in Mobile the night before our cruise left. We visited the USS Alabama and ate supper at The Shrimp Basket.

Mobile is nothing special but it's only an hour drive from Gulf Shores Beach which is a great beach.

If you're there during Crawfish season, or just dig craft beers and cocktails check out Haberdasher, 113 Dauphin St. in downtown Mobile. During crawfish season they have a free feed with a beverage purchase on Sundays.

Easy to get to the port from I-10. Went to eat breakfast at "Spot of Tea" after getting off the ship. So did others from the cruise. Food there was much better than on the cruise.
