Nice small port. Parking is right by the ship and is s short walk. The porter were very friendly and very helpful. The security line was not long and the staff was very friendly too. A great place to sail away from.

Everything was ran smooth. They got us through and checked in and on the ship quickly. No hassle at all... Everyone was super nice. They have a good operation going.

This was the best Embarkation of any cruise we have been on. The park and stay at the downtown Hampton Inn was great and the cost was even better. Every person we encountered at the port was very personable with the check-in process being very efficient allowing us onboard before our scheduled boarding time. However, downtown Mobile is geared more towards the nightlife than family oriented.

We only spent the night in Mobile before sailing. We stayed at the Battle House Renaissance Hotel, and that was truly a memorable experience! The hotel is beautiful, over a 100 years old, and very beautiful. Truly an example of what "Used to be". hey included our parking for the cruise and shuttled us to the ship then picked us up after we returned. Excellent service, food and ambiance.

The port is like New Orleans meaning its easy to drive in and park and get on the ship. The Charleston port is the worse ever.
