We spent a day in Moorea before our cruise, and were there overnight for the last two days of the cruise. It was our favorite island in the Society Islands. Very good roads, many snorkeling spots right off the beach. We hired a small motor boat the last day to go snorkel and swim with stingrays and sharks (just the two of us). They are used to people, as they used to be fed, so they came right up to us, and I got to touch stingrays and a black tip reef shark came and nuzzled me (expecting food). A delightful experience.

Nice stop. We took a snorkeling excursion that was fantastic swimming with the stingrays and reef sharks.

Nice port, but very humid this time of year. This was our favorite port of call.

Would have liked to have had more time on the island. Tour opportunities are limited.
