We took 9 segments on the World Cruise 2019. There are few adjectives that could describe the superlative service available at guests fingertips. If something isn’t available guests tell the butler or guest relations and every effort is made to achieve the request.

Design issues. Given a dry dock refurbish there were errors made. E.g. carpets in suites appeared to be unpleasant for most of us. Respiratory issues for the majority.
Cabin / Stateroom

The description matches the suite. Guests should know that they can request rearrangement if necessary. Some removed stool. Others had sofa removed so that they could just use table and chairs. Ask to have full suite vacuumed not just one strip on each side of bed and in front of desk.

Took SS arranged tour to ensure quality and port scheduled event was very elaborate and perhaps too crowded. Could have had the group put into smaller groups with locals
