Great place, but some better signposting to retail area would be good.

The Spirit only had 3 tours for this port. 3 yours for 3,000 people seems….. off. Wanted to see some of the geothermal (Yellowstone) attractions but all those tours were cancelled by the ship. Huge disappointment and hopefully the 90 people that got to go on shore excursions had fun. The rest of us were left high and dry.

We di another Princess Bus tour to another Maori Lodge wher we particpated in learning Maori dances and traditions. I was particularly impressed by the warriors dancing out the their history and the connection to the sea. I am glad that their culture is preserved in traditions, carvings, dance, and language. The long bus ride allowed us to see some of this beautiful country and see some of the various communities along the way. Driving on the left, especially going through round abouts mad me glad I wasn't driving.
