We loved this port it was certainly a welcome break from all the many pacific islands local hawkers harassing to make a dollar although understandable it can be overwhelming at times.

The town is great, however without being able to get a shore excursion and no access to internet, we could not schedule anything to do. It was too late to organize once we arrived on land.

We loved this port and our flight excursion over the Great Barrier Reef was an amazing and unforgettable experience.

The excursions I would be interested in were sold out. We tried to book independently, but the time in port was too short, and the lines to get on the tender to get to shore were too long.
