This stop was a total waste of time. Arrived at a commercial port where passengers had to take a shuttle to the terminal to take another bus. Mass confusion at the terminal. We spent most of our time off the ship sitting in traffic.

there was more to do in this town and after our excursion to view beautiful homes and beaches we were able to do some shopping in the town center.

Not much to see. Did join the excursion but is not impressed with the tours. This is the 1st time I did not tip the tour guide because of her poor service.

Big industrial port, not walkable. The cruise ship had transportation to drop you at a mall.

Santos, notsomuch. Take the LONG (90MINS) drive to Sao Paulo. Great city. Book tour privately. It's cheaper and you move faster
