Beware of taxi drivers who try to overcharge you. Walk to the downtown area and then head out from there. Some water sports can be found at the beaches.

Because of the badly timed, badly planned excursion, we didn't actually get to see ANY of Buzios, either. Thank you, Royal Caribbean!

Loved this stop. We took a schooner to beaches which wasn't exactly what we thought it would be. But a beautiful town and an excursion was not necessary.

Nice small town that seems to cater mostly to South American tourists. We booked a boat tour with a local company. Inexpensive, but don't expect english speaking staff.
