We did the bus, train, & riverboat tour. It was every informative and we saw sloths and monkeys and several birds. It was very enjoyable and the tour guides did an excellent job!

Went on the Caribbean Train, bus and EcoTour boat ride. Wonderful Excursion! Humberto was our guide, and was one of the best guides I've ever seen. Saw sloths, monkeys, birds, colorful butterflies, Cayman, and much more.

very unimpressed with the overall appearance of communities (razor wire around all houses) vintage train ride excursion not what we expected - would not recommend that excursion

Went for a Rainforest tour, the view from the top of the forest really worth seeing. But no anmimal; other than humans and birds; are being found! I was hoping to see a Puma or something only can be found in zoos. But no luck for that. Our tour guy also brought a coco fruit and let us try the seed, which is coco powder made of. That was a surprising good experience. According to my cruise mate who traveled to Costa Rica over 10 times, the coffee here is better than from Columbia. So I buy them as gifts. Oh, I would suggest to bring a long lense for your cameras/ phones. Makes a huge difference to your forest pictures.

We did the canal tour via pontoon tourist boat - seats abt. 50, has a covered roof. It was low key and enjoyable - saw the basic collection of wildlife - iguanas, sloths (3), howler monkeys (at a distance).

Dump. Unless you did an excursion it isn't worth it to leave the boat. Didn't feel safe. Was there on a Sunday where everything was closed and only fleemarket people were out. Don't wear expensive jewelry out while walking around. I guess that goes for all the ports. Heard a lady had a necklace ripped off her neck while walking around Curacao. They really need to do something with the last 2 ports. These are what you remember the most since they are the last memory of the cruise.
