Our ship excursion to a rainforest park, a ride on the banana train, and a boat ride was a lot of fun. The drive to all showed us many rural areas and banana plantations

If you don’t book an excursion be sure to grab a cab and go to playa Bonita Beach. We had a lovely time there great restaurant and beautiful weather it was five dollars a person for the cab ride there and our cab driver came back to get us three hours later and was on time. The food was wonderful we had a nice lunch and cocktails on the beach it was a very inexpensive wonderful day.

Very green island. Did Tortuguero Canal and Rain Forest walk excursion. Saw sloth, eguanas, some birds and monkeys. Eaten bananas from plantation . Overall very relaxing excursion.

Beautiful place, took a van around town, saw several sloths, lots of fruit and interesting history.

Excellent, I wish we had more time to spend, at least one more day for another excursion.

Absolutely had a wonderful time. Met alot of nice people, my cab driver was absolutely great. He took us on a beer run.

Short bus ride to take a boat ride in the canal. Saw howler monkeys, two and three toed sloths, frog, and many birds. Relaxing ride in the tropics of the canal. Vender market at port.

We had a very good nature cruise excursion at this port, where we saw crocodiles, monkeys, sloths, etc.

I found this to be a very struggling port of call.

About a half mile walk to the Terminal building over some smooth, some very rough concrete. If you booked an excursion other than a "Carnival" excursion, it was a very long walk to get to the meeting place.
