I'm not sure, but that's because our ship arrived on a Sunday & there were precious few taxis at the port & only a few water sports private tour hawkers. Not sure if that's the norm for cab service or on the dock tours, because it's a religious country the shops & restaurants (except the port crafter stalls & pharmacy) were closed also.
