Colon, Panama Port Reviews

Colon is developing and will get better as the city develops.

Colon was dirty and we didn't feel safe.

This was just a pickup point for those who had done tours. We did not disembark.

Excursion was kiling time since our ship was late to this port. So only walked through shopping are to the ship.

We didn't do an excursion or we may have enjoyed it more. The area outside the port isn't much to look at or do.

Enjoyed the time and the ability to see the canal up close on our excursion.

The excursion was bus trip to the Panama Canal locks. Willi, the guide was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our question. The view of the canal was exceptional and he took time to show us the older part of the canal and the town around it.

This was also A great site to see. And wish I had more time to explore.

We were not allowed to leave the fenced in port, due to a demonstration in the city.
